📦 Order registration and availability
When placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase. Les Fondeurs d’Histoires reserves the right to accept or refuse any order at its discretion.
Your order is considered accepted only after confirmation by email and successful payment processing.
Once an order is confirmed, modifications cannot be guaranteed.
Your purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
✍️ Personalized products – Engraving and custom creations
Some products may include personalization options (laser engraving, custom text, dates, names, or messages).
By confirming an order that includes a personalized product, the customer acknowledges and accepts that:
the product is created specifically according to their instructions,
the text is engraved exactly as provided (including spelling, accents, and punctuation),
no modification can be made after order confirmation.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, personalized products are not eligible for withdrawal rights.
They are therefore not exchangeable, refundable, or returnable, even within the legal 14 day period.
Les Fondeurs d’Histoires cannot be held responsible for input errors made by the customer.
💳 Payment – The keys to the Kingdom
Prices displayed are in euros including VAT, excluding delivery costs.
Les Fondeurs d’Histoires reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price charged is the one in effect at the time of the order.
You guarantee that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
🚚 Delivery and pickup – Let’s go in style!
Les Fondeurs d’Histoires offers several product delivery options.
Carrier delivery
Products may be shipped via the carriers offered at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative. Les Fondeurs d’Histoires cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.
Risk transfers to the customer once the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
Store pickup
Free store pickup is available by appointment only at:
48 Stang ar Goff, 29750 Loctudy, France.
Local delivery by appointment
Les Fondeurs d’Histoires offers local delivery by appointment:
Free delivery within a 10 km radius around the point of sale (Loctudy area).
Flat fee of €2 for deliveries between 10 km and 26 km around the point of sale (Pays Bigouden).
Beyond this area, local delivery is not available.
Delivery location and time are arranged jointly with the customer after the order.
Preparation times and holiday periods
Preparation and delivery times may be extended during holiday periods, high activity, or pre orders.
These periods are communicated on the website or by email at the time of the order.
Les Fondeurs d’Histoires reserves the right to refuse or cancel a delivery due to logistical impossibility, while proposing an alternative solution (store pickup or refund).

All content on the website (texts, images, visuals, logos, narrative universe) is the exclusive property of Les Fondeurs d’Histoires.
Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
