2. Products 🕯️

Scented candles, wax melts, and fragranced objects are imagined and handcrafted in our atelier in Loctudy. Each creation is accompanied by its usage recommendations.

To complement our universe and ensure optimal use of our creations, certain decorative accessories (including burners, supports, or complementary objects) are selected from specialized partners. These products are chosen for their quality, compatibility with our creations, and coherence with the Les Fondeurs d’Histoires universe.

Due to the artisanal nature of our fragranced creations, slight variations in texture, shape, color, or visual rendering may occur from one piece to another and do not constitute a defect.

Photographs displayed on the website are not contractual and may vary depending on lighting, screen settings, or production batches.

2 bis. Personalized products (engraving, custom text) ✍️✨

Some products or options offered by Les Fondeurs d’Histoires may be personalized (including laser engraving on wooden lids, custom text, names, dates, or messages).

By ordering a personalized product, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that:
• Personalization is carried out exactly according to the text entered at the time of ordering.
• The Customer is solely responsible for the information provided.
• Once the order is confirmed and production has begun, modifications cannot be guaranteed.
• Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the customization constraints displayed on the website form an integral part of the order.

3. Online store payment 💳

Payment terms for products and delivery fees are indicated during checkout.

Payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, Apple Pay, or any other method offered on the store.

The Customer guarantees that they are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Financial information is processed using secure protocols.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, excluding shipping costs.

For deliveries outside France, any customs duties or additional formalities remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.

5. Processing times and delivery 🚚

Available items are prepared within 24 to 48 hours (excluding holiday periods, pre orders, or exceptional events).

The product is delivered to the address provided at checkout.

The Customer must check the condition of the parcel upon delivery and report any issue within 48 hours.

5 bis. Store pickup and local delivery 🚚

Store pickup (free)
Les Fondeurs d’Histoires offers free store pickup.

After order validation, an appointment is scheduled with the Customer for hand delivery of the products at:
48 Stang ar Goff, 29750 Loctudy, France.

Pickup is by appointment only.

Local delivery by appointment
Les Fondeurs d’Histoires offers a local delivery service under the following conditions:
• Free delivery within a 10 km radius around our point of sale.
• Flat fee of €2 between 10 km and 26 km.

The delivery location and time are agreed jointly with the Customer after the order.

Les Fondeurs d’Histoires reserves the right to refuse or cancel a delivery outside the geographic area or in case of logistical impossibility, while proposing an alternative solution.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns 🔁

6.1 Non personalized products

In accordance with the law, the Customer has 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are at the Customer’s expense.
The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

6.2 Personalized product exception ⚠️

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products.
Personalized products are not returned, exchanged, or refunded.

7. Gift cards 🎁

Gift cards are valid for 12 months.
They are non exchangeable and non refundable.
