✨ Cancellation Policy – Subscriptions, Pre orders and Try Before You Buy
Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre orders, or try before you buy options.
This cancellation policy outlines the conditions applicable to modifying or canceling these types of purchases.
🔁 Subscriptions
By subscribing, you will receive recurring deliveries of our creations according to the duration and frequency you selected.
Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be automatically charged for each delivery unless you have chosen to pay in full in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term.
You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time using the link provided in your order confirmation email or through your customer account.
Any cancellation will apply to future billing cycles.
Orders already prepared or shipped remain due.

⏳ Pre orders
When placing a pre order, you reserve a product that is not yet available or currently out of stock.
Depending on the situation, we may:
collect no immediate payment,
collect a partial deposit,
or store your payment method for a later charge.
You may cancel a pre order as long as it has not been processed (not prepared and not shipped).
Once processed, the pre order is considered a standard order and will follow the return and refund rules described in our Return and Refund Policy.
🕯️ Try Before You Buy
When you select the “Try Before You Buy” option, a payment authorization is placed on your payment method without immediate charge.
You will have a defined period to try the product and decide whether to keep it.
At the end of this period:
if the product is returned according to the stated conditions, no charge will be made,
if the product is not returned, the full amount will be automatically charged.
Return conditions follow the rules defined in our Return and Refund Policy.

personalized products (non refundable),
processing times,
customer responsibilities,
and return conditions.
