Cancellation policy – Subscriptions, pre-orders and try before you buy ✨

Some items in our shop may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy.
This cancellation policy sets out the conditions for changing or cancelling this type of purchase.

Subscriptions 🔁

By subscribing, you will receive repeat deliveries of our creations, according to the duration and frequency you have selected.

Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged automatically for each delivery, unless you chose to pay in full in advance.

Some subscriptions may be renewed automatically at the end of their term.

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time using the link in your order confirmation email or via your customer account.

Any cancellation takes effect for future deliveries.
Deliveries already prepared or shipped remain payable.

Pre-orders ⏳

When you place a pre-order, you reserve a product that is not yet available or is currently out of stock.

Depending on the case, we may:

  • take no immediate payment,
  • take a partial deposit,
  • or save your payment method to charge later.

You can cancel a pre-order as long as it has not been processed (not prepared and not shipped).

Once processed, the pre-order is treated as a standard order and follows the return and refund rules described in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Try before you buy 🕯️

When you choose the “try before you buy” option, we place a payment authorisation on your payment method, without charging it immediately.

You have a set period to try the product and decide whether to keep it.

At the end of this period:

  • if you return the product under the conditions provided, nothing is charged,
  • if the product is not returned, the full amount is charged automatically.

The applicable return conditions are those set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Important 🔍

Subscription, pre-order and try-before-you-buy options are subject to the same general rules as our standard sales, in particular regarding:

  • personalised products (non-refundable),
  • processing times,
  • the customer's responsibilities,
  • and return conditions.

These options are designed to give you more flexibility, while respecting the handmade spirit and quality of our creations ✨
