At Les Fondeurs d’Histoires, each order is carefully prepared in our atelier in Loctudy, Finistère 🌊. We do everything possible to ensure fast, secure, and transparent shipping.
🕯️ Order preparation
Orders are generally prepared within 24 to 48 business hours, excluding exceptional periods (pre orders, high activity during holidays or events).
During holiday periods, preparation and shipping times may be exceptionally extended.
These periods are always indicated on the website or communicated to Customers at the time of the order.
Each product is carefully packaged to ensure protection during transport.
📦 Available shipping methods
We offer several delivery options depending on your location:
1. Carrier delivery
Orders may be shipped via the carriers available at checkout (La Poste, Mondial Relay, or other available services).
A tracking number is provided to the Customer once the order has been shipped, allowing parcel tracking.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination.
🏠 2. Store pickup (free)
Store pickup is free.
After order validation, an appointment is scheduled with the Customer for hand delivery of the products at the following address:
48 Stang ar Goff, 29750 Loctudy, France.
Pickup is by appointment only, at mutually agreed times.
🚗 3. Local delivery by appointment
Les Fondeurs d’Histoires offers a personalized local delivery service under the following conditions:
Free delivery within a 10 km radius around our point of sale, including the entire Loctudy area.
Flat fee of €2 for deliveries located between 10 km and 26 km around our point of sale (Pays Bigouden area).
Delivery is by appointment only.
The location and time of delivery are agreed jointly with the Customer after the order.
⚠️ Areas not covered
Any address located beyond 26 km from our point of sale is not eligible for local delivery.
In this case, only carrier shipping or store pickup will be available.
🔍 Inspection upon delivery
Upon receiving your order, we invite you to check the condition of your parcel.
In case of an issue (damaged parcel, missing product, preparation error), please contact us by email within a maximum of 48 hours after delivery.
🌪️ Force majeure
Les Fondeurs d’Histoires cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by events beyond our control (weather conditions, strikes, carrier logistics issues, holiday closures, etc.).
